If you're not 100% satisfied with your session it's free. For prepaid and deposit customers simply request a full refund along with a brief explanation of why you weren't satisfied before you or your massage therapist leaves the premises. All refund requests must be made immediately after the appointment completion. You will receive a full refund anywhere from 2 to 7 business days. It's that simple.
